THE CHALLENGE

Product: Planning & Productivity Platform
Timeline: Design Phase
Domain: SaaS · Productivity · Team Planning

VPlans is a planning platform focused on improving consistency, visibility, and follow-through in how individuals and teams plan their work. The challenge was to design an experience that helps users move from intention to action-without adding friction or planning fatigue.

Early discovery revealed gaps in how users maintained plans over time, tracked progress, and stayed accountable. The interface needed to support structured planning while remaining lightweight, clear, and motivating.

THE IMPACT

The final experience transformed planning into a clear, structured, and engaging process. Improved visibility, thoughtful interactions, and supportive AI cues helped users stay aligned with their plans and follow through more consistently.

VPlans emerged as a focused, user-centred planning tool-balancing structure with flexibility, and intention with execution.

This project leverages a structured set of interface components to improve planning clarity and follow-through. Designed to support consistent execution, the system combines modular layouts with supportive interactions that adapt to user behaviour over time.

Praveen and his team have been instrumental in shaping our product over the past year. They brought great ideas to the table, maintained strong collaboration, and consistently delivered quality outcomes. Their professionalism and dedication have made a real impact on our product’s success.

We've collaborated with Peppersitic Studio for about a year on our website's design, and it's been a great experience. Their team is professional, quick to respond, and always delivers quality work on time. I also want to thank the founder, Praveen, for being so engaged and responsive during our partnership.
